Degreasing large blocks and heads with chemicals is a process that can soak up a lot of time and profits. LS Thermal Cleaning Systems eliminate the need for caustic chemicals and the hazardous waste expenses associated with them. They also reduce total cleaning time by at least 50%.


The three-step system starts with a rotisserie oven that uses a controlled burn cycle for even heating with no hot spots. Our balanced-burn tube design makes this the fastest oven on the market.

Then the parts are moved to our airless shot blaster. The LS blaster is the only blaster in the world that uses a full length, single-impeller motor to ensure the most consistent blast to clean to bare metal and eliminate the need for wire brushing or extensive manual labor.

The last unit is a vibratory shaker that removes shot and cools the parts with a powerful blower and high CFM movement.
