Engineered for industrial-grade abrasive blasting, the LS Industries Skid-Mounted Blast System combines a 13.5 CF ASME Section VIII coded pressure vessel with a complete media recovery, air management, and dust collection system. Designed for power, efficiency, and ease of maintenance, this all-in-one blasting unit delivers reliable performance in the most demanding environments.
At the core is a 30” diameter pressure vessel, rated for 150 psig, with a 90° cone bottom, standard Schmidt 4” pop-up, and twin 6” x 8” handways for easy access and service. Blast operations are controlled through dual 1-1/2” polyurethane-sleeved valves, paired with automatic air valves and union end ball valves, ensuring precise flow control. Operators benefit from pneumatic deadman controls and a combo valve blowdown system for fast depressurization and safety.
