Our Table Blasters are fast, flexible, and efficient, designed to deliver years of reliable service with minimal maintenance and consistent, repeatable results. As some of the most heavy-duty machines on the market, they come equipped with automatic timer controls and the option for a PLC/HMI touchscreen. The robust design features swing or roll-up rubber doors, and hinge-mounted doors with manganese replaceable, wear-resistant liners. Constructed from heavy-duty manganese, the tables resist wear from shot impact and offer high weight capacities, making them ideal for tough jobs. Additional features include mounted swing doors with a safety interlock, easy access for maintenance, long-life impellers, replaceable wear-resistant blades and cabinet liners, an elevator jam sensor, and a V-slot for overhead loading.
Optional upgrades such as a parts tree, VFD on blast wheels, and factory install assistance provide even greater customization, while options like pneumatic door assists, exotic abrasives, and peening/air blast further enhance versatility.
