A bucket elevator reclaim system is incorporated to efficiently recover and reuse blast media, optimizing resource usage.
The suction fan creates a negative pressure at one end of the room, effectively containing dust and debris. Various floor configurations are available, including corner shut or shoveling, a complete single floor with simple screw, or more complex designs like "U", "H", "L", or full double floors, allowing for flexibility based on specific operational needs. With customizable dimensions ranging from 10' to 80' in width, 10' to 30' in height, and 10' to 250' in length, LS Industries Blast Rooms offer a tailored solution for any surface preparation project, ensuring both safety and high-quality results.
